Howard is the President of HBW Insurance Group, the agency he started 25 years ago. He has spent his entire adult career in the independent insurance agency field where he has been known for his expertise and mentoring of others.
As administrator/producer Howard continues to be the back bone of the agency and maintains the strength and structure of the back office.
Howard is committed to the growth of the agency and the fulfillment of the staffs needs so they may service our customers better. He constantly looks for ways to build a better mousetrap so to speak and is always seeking to improve the agencies efficiency via employee growth and technological growth and updates. He is constantly seeking to improve the agencies competitiveness by bringing in new carriers who enhance the options available for our insureds needs.
Howard is a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C)/Life & Health Agent in over 33 states. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School. He has served as President of the Rotary Club of Baltimore three times and has run the Rotary Club of Baltimore’s Annual Fundraising event (one of the largest indoor events of it’s kind in the State of Maryland for 17 years.
Senior Vice President, Southwest Sales
David is the Senior Vice President for HBW Insurance Group, Inc. He has spent the majority of his career in the insurance field where he is known for his expertise and love for the industry.
As a Partner of the Agency, David is active in the management of the agency with a key objective – to serve HBW’s diverse client base. David is personally involved with his clients focusing on their Property & Casualty needs. He oversees and manages their insurance accounts by providing direct hands-on coverage analysis and risk management advice in support of their business objectives. He is committed to meeting their needs and will go the extra mile to ensure that they are taken care of.
David is a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C)/ Life & Health agent, a P&C Broker, and also a Non-Resident Licensed Agent in almost all other States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. He is a past board member of various local nonprofit Associations and currently serves as a volunteer with several local and national institutions. He is an active member of Habitat for Humanity’s local chapter in which he values the importance of giving back.
